Jefferson Einstein Hospital is hiring a full time, day, RN! (3) 12 hour shifts from 7AM - 7PM.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in the development and evaluation of nursing practices provided in the clinical setting and the overall function of the clinical area.

  • This includes planning and provision of comprehensive nursing care to a specific group of patients and delivery of medical regimens prescribed for those patients by a licensed physician, and participation in the identification and resolution of nursing practice and unit problems.

  • You will have the opportunity to float between 2 inpatient behavioral health units, the Crisis Response Center and Med/Surg.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

  • REQUIRED current PA state issued RN license.

  • At least 1 year RN Behavioral Health experience preferred.

  • REQUIRED at least three years RN hospital experience in Med/Surg or higher acuity experience.

  • REQUIRED BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association required

  • REQUIRED evidence of attending and passing a Dysrhythmia Course.
