This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation supporting three key businesses involved in IDM 2.0; Manufacturing, Technology Development (TD), and Intel Foundry Services (IFS), collectively referred to as TMGF.
As the Order to Cash (OTC) Transformation Project/Program Manage you will be responsible for overseeing the transformation activities for Order to Cash which may include; Order Management (Capture, Process, Pricing, Track, Back Order management), Allocation management, Credit and Collections, Billing, Rebates, customer master data, and data and analytics.
Your leadership and expertise will be fundamental in driving a successful SAP S/4 HANA transformation within the OTC domain as well as integration with pricing, contract and rebates third party systems. Your role includes monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring alignment with the project plan and external dependencies. As the Project Manager for TMGF Order to Cash your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own specific processes within the OTC E2E tower, taking accountability for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of transformation activities within the Order to Cash Tower. This role involves monitoring the progress of business activities, managing risks and issues, tracking external dependencies, and reviewing and validating the project plan to achieve the project's objectives.
- Domain knowledge: Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and programs directly tied to developing, implementing, or upgrading technology solutions/services.
- Project planning: Deliverables, dependencies, owners, due dates, links to other related plans (e.g. Deployment Plan, Testing Plan, Development Plan).
- Progress Monitoring: Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges proactively. Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate. Records Minutes of reviews and related approvals for deliverables
- Risk, Issue, Assumption, Dependency (RAID) Log: Manage and meticulously monitor the RAID log, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues to maintain project momentum.
- External Dependency Management: Oversee and manage external dependencies, including partnerships and third-party contributions, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Project Plan Validation: Review and validate the project plan, ensuring it accurately reflects the scope, objectives, and timelines of the SAP S/4 HANA transformation project. Creates high-confidence project development and execution plans with well-defined objectives, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
- Program communication:
- Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact on the project. Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies and assigns particular resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
- Change Management:
- Collaborate closely with the change management team to ensure that changes resulting from the transformation are effectively communicated and embraced by all stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality assurance efforts, ensuring that project deliverables meet established standards and expectations.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project artifacts.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Manage escalations:
- Take accountability for the de-escalation process, coordinating recovery activities, negotiations, and stakeholders' engagement as necessary; seek for support when needed.
