What experience matters to us:

• At least 2 years in a managerial role within iGaming, gambling, forex, crypto, or fintech 💼.

• Understanding of the PSP industry and knowledge of effective channels for finding payment providers 🔍.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships 🤝.

• Experience setting up payment processing from scratch and managing payment cascading ⚙️.

• Understanding payment conversion principles 💡.

• Willingness to attend industry conferences 🎤.

• Experience working with payment systems, knowledge of payment gateways and processing systems 💳.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in fraud monitoring and chargeback handling 🛡️.

• Management of a P2P payment system 🔄.

• Setting up cascading and transaction routing in a Payment Hub 🧩.

What you will do:

• Search for and integrate PSP providers (CIS) 🔎.

• Conduct competitor analysis 📊.

• Control and optimize payment conversion 📈.

• Monitor the conversion performance of PSP providers 👀.

• Resolve issues arising during interaction with PSP providers 🛠️.

• Participate in industry conferences 🎟️.

• Manage a team 👨‍💼👩‍💼.
