Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (Senior Manager) for the Commercial Training Solutions business based in Plano, TX. 

As a finance leader you will partner with the program and work across multiple functions to achieve the needs of the business.  You will lead a team of financial analysts responsible for all financial planning and integration functions within the business.  Regular team responsibilities include; long range business plan development, monthly financial forecast updates, capital and resource development, support of enterprise initiatives and partnership across all functions of the business. 
 

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing Estimates at Completion, budget development, financial forecasting, business case development and risk, financial and competitive analyses

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

• Acquires resources for projects and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages, develops, and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships / partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role

• Experience developing forecasts for use in long range business plans (LRBPs)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis

• Experience leading multi-geographic teams

• Experience leading direct reports

• Experience with capital allocations - driving accountability and prioritizing business investments

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $168,300 - $227,700
