We are searching for the best talent for a Senior District Manager, Local Market Solutions located in Horsham, PA. This is a field-based leadership position.
Purpose:
The Senior District Manager, Local Market Solutions, Oncology, is responsible for leading a team of field-based professionals to execute coordinated marketing deployment across key accounts and regional markets. The Senior District Manager oversees the planning and execution of promotional programs to support the overall cilta-cel brand position in targeted markets, ensuring alignment with national and regional objectives. This role ensures close coordination with Commercial leadership, key account management, market access, and alliance partners to optimize and track local promotional efforts. The District Manager evaluates local marketing trends, field/customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform and guide the team’s strategies using both personal and non-personal channels.
You will be responsible for:
- monitoring local payer and employer dynamics, competitive landscape, referral patterns, and other factors influencing product and brand choice.
- leveraging insights to create and refine sales assets and outreach approaches for academic and community oncology accounts, collaborating closely with the Marketing professional promotion team, external agencies, key internal stakeholders, and cross-functional groups.
- developing and operationalizing channel strategies for cilta-cel within Oncology community practices, as well as building and supporting hospital outpatient models for authorized district accounts.
- strong leadership, team development, and the ability to drive district-level performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
- demonstrating the ability to shape their business strategically while operating within an assigned budget, pull-through a vision, create team culture, manage LMS performance, develop and motivate people and teams and forge valuable customer relationships
Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience is required
- A valid Driver’s License is required
- Ability to travel up to 60%
Preferred:
- Participation and/or completion of a J&J Management Development Program (Field Development Program, DM Prep Program) or prior management experience required in lieu of FLDP or DMPP
- Management and/or supervisory experience
- Knowledge/experience in the CAR-T, Hematology field
