About the role

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT: CRITICAL SENSITIVE (requiring Top Secret) This position is designated as a TOP SECRET National Security position. Prior to appointment (Entrance on Duty), it requires a fully completed and favorably adjudicated National Security Background Investigation (SSBI or SSBI-PR) that is current (within the last 5 years). Once employed, further processing for special access approval (SCI) will occur. Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work): AD-00: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal Government or other equivalent pay systems. Specialized experience includes: Experience directing post-authorization portfolio management activities for a credit or lending program - including credit monitoring, amendments, restructuring, and recoveries - for a portfolio involving domestic and/or international transactions. Experience exercising full supervisory and managerial authority over professional staff, including subordinate supervisors - encompassing hiring, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workforce planning for a division-level or comparable organizational unit Experience leading the negotiation, restructuring, or resolution of complex, high-value credit transactions - including sovereign, corporate, or cross-border obligors - with authority to approve or recommend approval of restructuring terms, settlements, or recovery strategies involving significant financial exposure; Experience advising senior executives on credit risk, asset recovery strategy, or portfolio policy with agency-wide or program-wide impact; AND Experience adjudicating or overseeing adjudication of high-dollar claims (e.g., exceeding $1 million) under an established claims or insurance program. Education cannot be substituted for experience at the AD-00 grade level.
