Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong NetSuite technical expertise to join our team. This role requires hands-on implementation experience, coding ability, and the ability to optimize systems that underpin global operations. The focus will be on ERP (NetSuite), integrations (Shopify, Pipedrive, 3PL), and driving automation and ROI across Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
This position requires direct technical execution—you will be expected to code, run scripts, and solve system problems firsthand.
Responsibilities
Lead and support all projects impacting business systems, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
Review and optimize business processes, data flows, and systems architecture.
Hands-on work with NetSuite ERP��troubleshooting, configuring, scripting, and managing integrations.
Manage workflows and automations across NetSuite, Shopify, Pipedrive, 3PL, and new tools (using Celigo/integrator.io, Zapier).
Provide ERP technical support to end-users.
Educate internal teams on systems usage, automation, and data-driven processes.
Stay updated on system releases and propose improvements per department.
Assist in dashboard and BI stack development (Power BI, SQL, Looker).
Requirements
Multiple full-cycle NetSuite implementations (not just one).
Hands-on NetSuite technical skills: ability to build, read, and run code/scripts (not just manage projects).
Practical experience with NetSuite ERP and integration platforms (Celigo/integrator.io required; Zapier a bonus).
Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting, and data integration.
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Looker).
3–5 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience supporting non-technical staff.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
