IT Project Associate Manager

What you’ll do:

• You will join the team of Gaming Platforms and in particular in the business / management of Gaming Machines and Retail Managing reporting directly to the Gaming Machines IT Project Management manager.
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in the management of all stakeholders, starting with the end users/demands with whom direct and constant interaction is required; planning of all project phases; operational and proactive management of project activities through regular work progress, involving all parties and with clear definition of responsible activities, deadlines, critical issues, risks and mitigation action.

Who you are:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in  functional analysis and project management;
• You have a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar;
• You have excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, scrum), discrete knowledge of UML, a good knowledge of the functional analysis methodologies;
• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
• You are proactive, flexible and creative;
• You know  how to work in a heterogeneous team, to share knowledge and present results, to interact with different stakeholders and teams.

Preferrably, you also have:

• Previous experience in software analysis in gaming contexts;
• Basic knowledge of  MS Project, Jira and Service Now.
