As an LX Participant, You Will:

• Engage in a Comprehensive Program: Participate in a rigorous 2-year initiative designed to build essential leadership competencies, foster collaboration, and expand your professional network.
• Experience Diverse Learning Opportunities: Take part in formal leadership training, tackle impactful business projects, and assume roles in community and program leadership.
• Navigate a Competitive Selection Process: The LX Program is highly competitive, requiring endorsements from your line manager, a cross-functional leader, and final approval from your Vice President.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be an individual contributor at levels 3-6 (Level requirement does not apply to hourly production and maintenance applicants) as of August 4, 2025.
  • Applicants will become ineligible if promoted into formal leadership (K, L, M) prior to final LX class notification the week of November 17, 2025.
• No active employee corrective actions.
• At least 2 years of service with Boeing or a Boeing subsidiary as of August 4, 2025.
  • All eligible service time is combined and calculated; it does not require two years of continuous service.

Application Process:

• Part One: Self-nomination in Workday.
• Part Two: Input essay questions and obtain endorsements from your direct manager, in-line executive, and a cross-functional leader (once basic eligibility is verified, a link will be sent to you after applying in Workday). This will be sent to you as a Qualtrics link.
• Part Three: A selected number of applicants will be invited to interview.

Important Notes:

• This requisition is for a leadership development program and is not a paid, full-time role.
• A link will be emailed to you with the essay and endorsement form.

Applicants will be asked to submit responses to the following essays once they open the link:

• How will participation in Leadership Next support your career and development goals?
• Describe a situation or experience you have had where you think Leadership Next would have helped you.
• Describe why you believe that now is the right time for you to apply for Leadership Next.

It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure all endorsements are submitted by the deadline.
