We provide property advice to major companies such as Green Property, Microsoft, Siemens, Invesco, Starwood Capital, Bank of New York, Cerberus Capital Management, Marathon Funds, Bank of Ireland, Lufthansa, AIB, Ulster Bank, PTSB, KBC, NAMA as well as other well-known brands such as TK Maxx, River Island, Fields Jewellers,  Caffe Nero and many more</p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated.  They will work within a larger team of experienced property professionals and shall be responsible for the management of a commercial property portfolio.  Reporting into their line-manager, they should be comfortable working as part of a team whilst taking responsibility for meeting their own reporting and project deadlines.  The successful candidate will be focussed on providing a best in class service to their clients and their tenants and shall develop strong working relationships with the service providers engaged on their behalf.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Management of commercial properties for both landlord and Tenant (PM + FM).</li><li>Carrying out building inspections as and when necessary.</li><li>Liaison with the client accountant on all finance matters (rent, service charge, insurance, budgets, invoice receivable and payable).</li><li>Preparation of annual budgets.</li><li>Preparation of monthly or quarterly reports.</li><li>Management of all associated reactive and planned maintenance works.</li><li>Management of any on-site building or estate staff.</li><li>Maintain property files to include lease, ESG, property and tenant data.</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing success of the property and facility management department.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong></p><ul><li>3 years’ experience in commercial property management.</li></ul><ul><li>Have commenced or be willing to commence the route to becoming a chartered member of the SCSI.</li><li>Be competent in various property management software packages such as TRAMPS, BASWARE, CAFM systems.</li><li>Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills.</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.</li><li>Have a basic understanding of ESG and how it relates to the built environment.</li><li>Be able to identify business development opportunities and participate when required in pitching for new business.</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English.</li><li>Have a full valid driving licence, use of own car is preferable but not essential.</li></ul>
