What Do We Do?
Triple Whale centralizes and simplifies all the metrics used by Shopify sellers, enabling them to save more time and make more money. We help e-commerce businesses accurately track and forecast all kinds of metrics, including changes in profits and operational metrics. Our goal is to infuse AI into e-commerce, empowering shops to have an accurate picture of their business and make optimal choices that boost their bottom line. Launched in mid-2021, Triple Whale already has over 6,000 clients, top-tier investors, and growing hubs in Columbus, Austin, North Carolina, and Israel (Jerusalem and Herzliya).
Triple Whale is looking for a senior visual designer who will be responsible for leading the aesthetic of our various digital products and assets. You will ensure that the experiences we serve to customers and prospects are eye catching and serve our brand goals.
Responsibilities* Elevate our standards of aesthetic excellence* Obsess over the motion and interactions inherent in every user experience* Produce original illustrations & animations that are simultaneously attention grabbing and informative* Work closely with product designers, design researchers, and product managers to deliver world class first impressions and user experiences* Actively participate in creating a high-performing product-led organization* Actively contribute to building our scalable design systems * Communicate and collaborate throughout the company in order to ensure successful team interactions.
Requirements* Interest in working at a hyper growth start-up* Have impeccable taste, a passion for their craft, and tremendous attention to detail.* Deep expertise with tools and techniques related to illustration and animation* Extensive experience working with modern design tools (e.g. Adobe, Figma, etc)* Experience cultivating an environment that fosters continuous learning through design* Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process* Working knowledge of Webflow is highly desired* Knowledge of E-Commerce, Marketing and Online Media Buying best practices is highly desired.* Applications without a cover letter AND portfolio will not be consideredOur ValuesWe Are Customer Obsessed: From our mission to every detailed project, everything we do is designed to create a positive impact for our customers.We Move (Very!)
