Infrastructure Senior CPD Technician

<p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>Essential Job Functions:  </p><ul><li>Provide expert technical support in infrastructure services, responding to complex issues and inquiries.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks.</li><li>Continuously monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.</li><li>Participate in the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.</li><li>Apply deep technical knowledge to address complex <span>infrastructure-related</span> problems.</li><li>Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.</li><li>Apply critical thinking and technical skills to find solutions to infrastructure issues.<br/> </li></ul><p></p><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role</li><li>Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis</li><li>Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving</li><li>A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Other Qualifications:</p><ul><li>An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus</li><li>Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+, are a plus</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>#LI-DNI</b></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
