Chase Branded Cards Marketing Delivery Senior Associate

As a Chase Branded Cards Marketing Delivery Senior Associate within our Sapphire Airport Lounge program, you will be responsible for the program's controls framework, ensuring appropriate oversight and accountability. You will apply consistent on-boarding controls and governance for future network components, ensuring adherence to internal governance requirements, contract obligations, and vendor management. Your role will also involve executing steady state controls oversight, reporting, and documentation, fostering a culture of simplicity, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving. This role provides an opportunity to establish operational excellence and contribute to the delivery of a strong, scalable, and audit-ready Controls framework.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Sapphire Airport Lounge by The Club program controls framework.
• Ensure appropriate oversight and clearly defined accountability across impacted functions.
• Apply consistent on-boarding controls and governance for future Sapphire Airport Lounge network components.
• Responsible for executing steady state controls oversight, reporting and documentation for the Airport Lounge program.
• Foster a controls and governance culture that promotes simplicity and accuracy in execution.
• Participate in control testing, validating evidence prior to submitting to reviewers, auditors and/or examiners.
• Partner with the business to update/create robust procedures. Revise the heading to 'Job responsibilities'.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of Operations, Marketing, Controls and/or Compliance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft products and extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a necessity

• Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Effective organization skills with attention to detail
• Possess strong relationship skills and ability to lead through collaboration
• Demonstrate customer-obsession by leading with the voice of the customer
• Proven ability to promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer
• Possess strong written communication skills; procedure writing skills preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a major in Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Business Management or similar discipline
• SharePoint experience preferred
