With seeds and traits, crop protection and digital solutions, we help farmers produce food more efficiently, protect the land and meet the needs of society. </p> <h2>RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <p>Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services department and be part of our Regulatory Data Excellence team. Our IT database projects enable the agricultural solutions division to provide product-specific data globally and are a milestone in our Digitalization strategy. </p> <ul> <li>Become a part of our product owner team and provide support for two globally used regulatory IT systems.</li> <li>You will enhance existing configurations as well as implement and test new system features.</li> <li>To achieve this, you will collaborate with colleagues from different departments as well as external partners.</li> <li>In addition, you will provide technical support and conduct user trainings. </li> <li>You will improve reporting, create dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and enhance the user experience.</li> <li>You will capture and process tickets in the agile collaboration tool and collect user requests.</li> </ul> <h2>QUALIFICATIONS</h2> <ul> <li>successfully completed degree in Computer Science or natural sciences such as Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar </li> <li>keen interest in IT topics and ideally experience with data processing, data transformation and restructuring</li> <li>experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports)</li> <li>practical experience in working with relational databases, ideally SQL server, as well as commercially available tools such as TrackWise and Veeva Vault</li> <li>excellent communication skills in English; German skills desired but not required</li> <li>enthusiasm for collaborate in an international team with a customer-oriented working style</li> </ul> <h2>BENEFITS</h2> <ul> <li>Modern sustainable office building in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg (from end of 2023) with flexible working options, rooftop terrace and cafeteria for innovative and team-focused collaboration.</li> <li>Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.</li> <li>Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.</li> <li>Gross annual salary (full-time): 53.000 - 58.000€, depending on qualifications and professional experience.</li> </ul> <h2>ABOUT US</h2> <p>Do you have any questions about the application process or the position?
