Our operationally proven C4I software solutions are in service with more than 50 countries worldwide.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer-facing engineering role<br/> As a Senior Solution Engineer in Systematic, you will take a leading role in delivering SitaWare and Iris suites for Defence customers, mainly in Denmark but also in other Nordic countries. <br/> You will be working closely with multiple customers, rolling out a mission-critical system that creates value by simplifying decision-making. <br/>  <br/> Providing technical support and advice both on-site and back office, your key tasks will include:<br/> •    Design, implement and support technical solutions in the customer environment<br/> •    Perform acceptance testing<br/> •    Conduct technical training for our customers – both in classroom environments and in workshop set-ups<br/> •    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, consultants and colleagues at Systematic<br/> •    Stay up to date on the capabilities of Systematic products to ensure alignment of customer expectations to provide maximal value for the customers<br/> •    Provide first and second-level technical customer support<br/>  <br/> Your place of work will be at our central office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and you should expect some travel (usually 2-4 days at a time) servicing your close partnerships with customers across Denmark (and potentially the rest of the Nordic region).</p> <p><br/> Customer-centric Tech-savvy <br/> To succeed in the role, you are a committed team player eager to contribute to a successful team while developing and applying your strong and wide-ranging technical skills to deliver value to the customers.<br/> Additionally, you bring some years of experience from a similar role combined with a technical educational background. </p> <p> </p> <p>We are also on the outlook for:</p> <p>•    a strong communicator both in Danish and English <br/> •    a customer-centric mindset and preferably experience interacting and engaging with customers directly <br/> •    motivation to work in an agile and changing environment.<br/> •    experience within one or more of the following areas: tactical communications systems, software development, IT infrastructure, software and system testing and/or test management (e.g. ISTQB), technical training and external customer-facing projects<br/>  <br/> Never stop developing <br/> At Systematic, we write intelligent and innovative code to drive progress and improve lives.
