We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and passionate Client Delivery Senior Associate to join our growing Client Delivery Team, playing a key role in supporting our payer and employer implementations. As a Client Delivery Senior Associate, you’ll lead high-impact client implementations, ensuring exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and delivering with excellence. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and shape the way Maven brings new clients onboard.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage high-volume client implementations, building strong relationships and capturing business requirements to ensure smooth launches
• Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management
• Define and execute implementation plans—including documentation, configuration requirements, and quality assurance checks—to support on-time, successful launches
• Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences
• Monitor and measure performance against key operational KPIs and implementation NPS standards
• Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to support scale and reduce risk
• Identify common roadblocks and propose scalable solutions that improve team efficiency and client outcomes
• Maintain and organize implementation templates, documentation, and best practices for broader team use

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital health platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Looker
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $98,000 - $110,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
