Product Manager III, Paid Social Platform

As a Product Manager for Paid Social Platform, you will have a crucial impact on refining and enhancing our platform capabilities. Your focus will be on optimizing performance and operational efficiency through standardization and automation. From strategic planning to execution, your responsibilities will ensure that our paid social platform aligns with long-term business goals and cater to customer needs.

In this role, you will report to the Director Product Management and work closely with functional leads in the Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Data Science, Strategy and Marketing technology teams to build and execute on product roadmap.

  • You have 5+ years of software product management experience delivering products (preferably marketing platform, data products, etc.)
  • Proven track record of developing & successfully executing multi-year strategies to improve a product area.

  • Highly analytical — ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify key insights, spot product optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions. 
  • Strong technical acumen which allows you to engage in deep technical design discussions.
  • You are comfortable being the 'face of the product' who can clearly set and communicate expectations with a diverse range of geographically dispersed partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.
  • Demonstrates a critical understanding of business processes and challenges, developing solutions to meet unique business needs and objectives with engineering stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Become an expert on Paid Social Marketing domain, campaign management tools & workflows and construct a point of view that drives efficiencies through automation and simplification.
  • You will create a long-term vision for your workstream and draw alignment with cross functional leadership.
  • Create & execute on a multi-year product roadmap that prioritizes business impact and technological innovation.
  • You will work with cross functional team (Engineering, Operations, Analytics etc.) to identify and build products that enables Marketing Team at Expedia to launch search engine marketing campaigns at scale across different Expedia brands and geographies.
  • Write compelling product specifications and collaborate with development to define, implement, deploy, A/B test, measure, and refine new features.
  • Actively keep pace with the changing Search Engine Marketing landscape to optimize current tools and technologies and constantly obsess about what’s next.
  • Proactively establish relationships horizontally and vertically and make transparent decisions that balance a diverse set of occasionally conflicting requirements

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.  Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
