Every day.</span></b>   </p><p></p><p></p><p>Our Finance Unit within the Packaging Materials Division carries out accounting tasks and provides financial services in multiple areas.</p><p></p><p>We are now looking for an <b>RtR Senior Specialist</b> to join our team in Ostrava. We are a small, dedicated team that collaborates closely to ensure smooth financial operations across the company.</p><p></p><p>You will be located in Ostrava and report to the team lead.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities of the position:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Manage and execute end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.</p></li><li><p>Perform general ledger reconciliations, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with local GAAP/IFRS and internal financial policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Analyze financial statements and provide insights into variances.</p></li><li><p>Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and controls within the RTR function.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AP, AR, and external auditors, to ensure smooth financial operations.</p></li><li><p>Participate in special finance-related projects as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What we expect from you:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar RTR role.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/local GAAP).</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel skills.</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</p></li><li><p>Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>English B2 or higher.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Additional skills that will help you succeed in this role:  </b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of SAP</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What we offer  </b></p><p></p><p>By joining us, you will be part of our diverse working culture supporting you to explore new perspectives and develop professionally.
