Job Overview
The Project Manager/Analyst (PM/A) supports planning, programs and projects managed by BG&I. Defining objectives, facilitating planning, capturing business, data and reporting requirements are all in scope. Working with the department’s Financial Analyst, this role will support cost/benefit, projected ROI or payback analysis before work begins. For platforms and system-driven projects, the PM/A should be familiar with the SDLC and experienced working on enterprise-wide applications. The role is integral to AltaMed’s digital transformation; the PM/A should have experience working on cloud-based platforms and applications in the health care space. Of particular importance is working with data teams to define meaningful metrics, and developing solid test plans use cases/scenarios to surface opportunities for improvement before product release. The PM/A must be an excellent highly effective communicator who fosters a can-do, inclusive spirit among teams. The PM/A must be clear and concise in both verbal and written form, including report-outs and presentations. This is a fast-paced environment, and the PM/A must be adaptive and skilled at juggling multiple responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree or equivalent preferred. A minimum of eight years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate strategic planning, including market, financial and operational analysis.
Proven track record in successfully deploying business plans and projects.
Input-driven team player who can work collaboratively or as an independent contributor depending on need and circumstance.
Capable change agent who actively promotes continuous improvement and the value of recognizing and rewarding effective behavior.
Salary Range
$93,600.00 - $118,560.00 annually
