As the Retail Manager at Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will lead a team of dedicated sales associates, provide ongoing training and support, and work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and successful operation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising
- Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and knowledge of the brand
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
