We are currently looking for a Sales Order Entry Coordinator to reinforce our Logistic team.

 

 

What is the role about?

 

As a Sales Order Entry Cordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll be the central point of contact for order-related matters, working closely with internal teams and customers to guarantee smooth and timely deliveries. Your mission is to keep the order process efficient, accurate, and customer-focused.

 

 

Which tasks will you perform?

 

• Act as the trusted link between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Validate and process customer orders with precision, from entry to invoicing.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and finance teams to guarantee on-time deliveries and resolve any issues quickly.
• Monitor and optimize order flows, anticipating challenges and finding solutions before they impact the customer.
• Manage returns, adjustments, and documentation with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by following KPIs and supporting best practices.
  
  

What do we expect from you?

 

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or you have a previous work experience of at least 2 years in customer service.

 

• You are proficient in Dutch & French

 

• You are accurate and pay attention to details.

 

• You can switch easily between the different assignments and you stay motivated under pressure.

 

• You’re customer oriented and you like solving problems. You have a sense of urgency when handling issues.

 

• You are IT literate (windows applications), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
