Requirements

 Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Ensures infrastructure related to NPS/NMHS—such as administrative systems, process improvement, data management, and support teams—runs smoothly and intentionally in support of clinical and operational success
  • Initiates better client outcomes by ensuring frontline teams have what they need to focus on care.
  • Reviews financial, operational and activity analyses and forecasts data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives. 
  • Serves as a member of management committees on special studies/duties/projects, supports quality improvement initiatives and manages PULSE/QI data and meeting agendas. 
  • Collaborates with and follows directives given by the Vice President of Operations to:
    • Set and monitor financial budgets;
    • Execute projects and initiatives; and
    • Review progress and develop required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions. 
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Miscellaneous Responsibilities and Duties

  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
  • Ongoing demonstrated ability to lead team members.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of laws and statutes required by:
    1. Minnesota Department of Human Services 245G 
    2. Minnesota Department of Transportation; and
    3. Applicable Minnesota Department of Health.
  • Maintains appropriate communications within the area of responsibility.
  • Practices a high level of confidentiality.
