Pharmacist

Type of Work: Part-Time, Non-Exempt.
Location: 3633 N Thanksgiving Way, Lehi, UT 84043
The candidate must have flexibility and availability regarding scheduling and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Who You Are:

You are a customer-focused and detail-oriented Pharmacist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced retail environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting, guiding both patients and dispensary staff with your expertise in product knowledge, dosing, and consumption methods. Your ability to educate, consult, and ensure compliance with inventory, security, and regulatory protocols makes you a key player in delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Patient Consults: You will conduct patient consults and provide patients with accurate product recommendations, dosing, consumption methods, and product details.
  • Patient Care: You will assist patients with questions, problems, and complaints, as well as monitor patient progress and adjust product recommendations and/or dosing based on patient feedback.
  • Team Training: You will provide training to all team members regarding product knowledge and details to ensure team members are providing the adequate product recommendations to patients based on medical conditions and preferences.
  • Patient and Physician Outreach: You will build and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, politicians and professionals in the community that we serve.
  • Cannabis Knowledge: You will develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effects, as well as understand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of delivery.
  • Store Operations: You will ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and federal and state laws, oversee inventory audits
  • Dispensing: You will ensure appropriate and timely dispensing of patient orders in all appropriate systems
  • Inventory monitoring: You will assist with forecasting inventory levels, and product intake, and maintaining accurate systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis

What You’ll Bring:

  • An active Pharmacy License in the state in which you’re applying.  
  • Strong knowledge of retail and Pharmacy landscape.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside of the organization. 
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to respond to guests' concerns in a professional manner. 
  • Flexibility and availability regarding scheduling-must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.   

Physical Requirements: 

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and finger to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 25 pounds. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
