At Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency, we are excited to invite you to join our team as we expand our services through our highly respected partnership with a senior community in Manitowoc! We are currently seeking a Part Time to Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help us provide exceptional care to aging adults in this wonderful community.
As a valued team member with Greenfield, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors, providing functional, effective, and rewarding therapy in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your role will involve providing therapy in a variety of settings, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and supporting in-home therapy services.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
