As the Sr Manager, Global People Systems and Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HRIS platforms and processes on a global scale, supporting our diverse workforce across different regions and countries. This position presents an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, streamline workflows, and elevate the employee and people leader experience through strategic HRIS initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global HRIS strategy aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all regions and partners.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of HRIS platforms across multiple regions, overseeing customization, integrations, and upgrades as necessary to meet the diverse needs of our global workforce.
- Establish robust data governance protocols to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across all regions, ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing clear responsibilities, constant feedback, mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with HR leaders, IT professionals, and stakeholders across regions and functions to understand business requirements, priorities, and challenges, driving alignment and synergy in HRIS initiatives. Leveraging HRIS capabilities to automate manual tasks and drive efficiency on a global scale.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to regional HR teams and end-users on HRIS functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting, fostering adoption and proficiency across the organization.
- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and external partners on a global level, evaluating solutions, negotiating contracts, and overseeing service delivery to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights into workforce trends, performance and effectiveness to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and deliver global HR metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on advanced analytics projects (predictive / prescriptive) that solve various business problems at scale.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from initial requirements and data gathering to user testing and deployment
- Implement best practices for knowledge transfer and documentation to achieve internal consistency and long-term scalability.
- Lead change management initiatives related to HRIS implementations and enhancements, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness across all regions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in HRIS and HR technology on a global scale, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement to drive organizational effectiveness.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in global HRIS management, implementation, and optimization within a multinational organization.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
- Strong understanding of global HR processes, data management principles, and regulatory requirements, with experience navigating complex legal and compliance landscapes.
- Proven track record of successfully leading global HRIS implementations and managing cross-functional projects across diverse regions and cultures.
- Expertise in Workday with a deep understanding of system configuration and customization preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a continuous improvement orientation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
