Job Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation & Shopping: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, ensuring grocery needs are met.
- Personal Care Assistance: Support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities for comfort and well-being.
- Mobility Support: Provide assistance with walking, transfers, and positioning to promote safety and independence.
- Companionship & Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions through conversations and activities.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment.
- Medication Management: Offer reminders and assistance with medication schedules.
- Transportation Services: Drive clients to appointments or errands (valid driver’s license and auto insurance required).
- Health Monitoring & Reporting: Observe and report any notable changes in health.
- Current CNA certification in the state of Tennessee
- Previous experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
