Together, we are reshaping how people move—today and for tomorrow.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>Astara Move is looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to take on the role of <b>Infleet &amp; Defleet Operations Lead</b>. This position plays a key role in our operations, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our mobility services.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Oversee in-fleet and de-fleet processes:</b> manage and control the in-fleet and de-fleet processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.</p></li><li><p><b>Internal stakeholder management:</b> collaborate with internal teams including business development, sales, finance, technology, and operations to streamline processes and achieve business goals.</p></li><li><p><b>External stakeholder management:</b> liaise with external stakeholders such as financial companies, appraisal companies, OEMs and used car traders to ensure smooth operations.</p></li><li><p><b>Process optimization:</b> define and implement new processes to reduce the time to market for vehicles during procurement, in-fleet, and remarketing stages.</p></li><li><p><b>Continuous improvement:</b> drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing processes and increase operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p><b>Fleet residual value monitoring:</b> monitor the residual value of the existing fleet to determine the optimal timing for initiating the remarketing process.</p></li><li><p><b>Team management:</b> lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills and Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess processes and identify areas for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Project management: proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p></li><li><p>Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Stakeholder management: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Technical proficiency: advanced skills in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and process management, such as Excel and Visio.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Automotive industry knowledge: understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in fleet management and remarketing.</p></li><li><p>Process improvement: experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.</p></li><li><p>Certifications: certification in project management or process improvement methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Management skills: demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and developing teams.</p></li></ul>
