Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in senior care is a plus, but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training on our processes and culture.
• Commercial Cooking or Food Preparation: At least 1 year of experience in commercial cooking or healthcare food preparation preferred, but not required.
• Team Player Mentality: A collaborative spirit and willingness to support fellow team members.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service attitude to enhance the dining experience for our residents.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Communication Skills: Basic verbal communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate effectively.
