Commercial Manager
Location: Romania

 

Job Purpose:

• Commercial leadership, direction and strategy for Romania
• Lead development of country strategy for Romania in liaison and alignment with leadership and incorporating local management input
• Develop the local teams to enable them to execute the local and BU strategy

Job Description:

• P&L responsibility - Manage the P&L and all its parameters to deliver the annual EBITDA + Revenue budget + Working capital days for optimal cash generation in association with Cluster manager
• Budgeting and forecasting, define new GTM strategy for Romania
• Cooperating with distributors on demand generation, knowledge transfer, marketing activities
• Create and define alternative GTM for Bio products
• Strong Business & Organizational development effort with direct interaction with key customers and 3rd parties suppliers
• Coordinate strategy implementation and new products launches at country level and support to regional team in Europe
• Coordinate with regional teams for knowledge transfer and key initiatives implementation
• Continuously work together with peers to improve S&OP process. Manage demand planning activities and coordinate purchase and sales orders with supply chain
• Attract, retain, assess and develop commercial talent throughout Romania
• Partner with the global & regional marketing & R&D teams
• Prepare for New Product Launches
• Contact person for the local colleagues
• Regular in touch with key opinion leaders
• Implement CRM software - Salesforce

Qualifications and Skills:
General skills:

• Extensive experience gained on a similar position
• Fluency in English and Romanian
• Readiness to travel 40-60% of time
• People manager experience
• Driving license
