Description
Luther Park Community is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join its team on an interim basis of three to four months.
The Administrator would oversee the responsibilities of the Trinity Center at Luther Park, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility with 60 CCDI beds and a rich history in dementia care. The Interim Administrator would be responsible for day to day operations of the facility; ensuring the Trinity Center operates in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and the well-being and optimal health of each resident. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care and a track record of success in quality improvement. We are seeking candidates who will support our vision to be a holistic, quality-driven senior community recognized as the leader in dementia care.
Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, health services administration, long term care administration or a related field.
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration or related field preferred.
- Current Iowa nursing home administrator license.
- Current Iowa RN nursing license preferred.
- Three years experience as a nursing home administrator preferred.
- Proven results of leading a high performing team with measurable results and outcomes.
- Cultivation of a quality care environment with high levels of satisfaction for residents and staff.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, aggregate resident data and other information and make sound business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
