General Description

 

Assembling various components into finished products, following detailed instructions and quality standards, utilizing hand tools and machinery to meet production goals while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Accurately reading and interpreting assembly diagrams, work orders, and production instructions.
• Assemble Components Using Hand Tools and Basic Machinery.
• Inspect assembled components for defects, report any quality issues.
• Working efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines.
• Keeping the assembly station clean and organized, ensuring proper tool storage and following safety guidelines.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School or Equivalent
• Experience: None
• Skills:

• Manual dexterity: Precise hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small parts with care. 
• Basic mechanical skills: Understanding how parts fit together and the use of basic hand tools. 
• Attention to detail: Ability to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met. 
• Ability to follow instructions: Accurately interpreting and following written work instructions.  
• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other assembly line workers to maintain production flow.
