About The Team

iQ is our latest generation payments self-service and reporting platform. It's a one-stop portal where you can view and act upon your payments data to assist you in making more informed business decisions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead platform’s technical development and strategy. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, partner with stakeholders, and evolve our Agile SDLC.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the technical direction and strategy for the platform

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and coaching

• Ensure high-quality coding standards and code reviews.

• Ensure continuous integration, testing and delivery

• Collaborate with architects to design and implement scalable solutions

• Collaborate with security teams to ensure platform security

• Communicate technical vision and strategy to various stakeholders

What You Bring

• 12+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership role

• Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of large-scale applications

• Strong experience in Angular, Spring Boot and microservices architecture

• Experience in building scalable applications in AWS

• Good understanding of SAFE agile principles & experience working with Scrum/Kanban agile methodology.  

• Strong experience in Cloud security and compliance

• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent leadership and people management skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
