Position Summary

Provides housekeeping functions for a distribution center.

Position Accountabilities

The following are essential job accountabilities:

  1. Pick up trash/corrugate and dispose of as required. Sweep and maintain D.C. in a clean, orderly condition.
  2. Pick up and sort empty pallets and distribute to the proper area (trash, reusable, etc.)
  3. Clean up spills as necessary throughout D.C.
  4. Clean out trailers/totes as necessary.
  5. Operate and remove corrugate bales from the compactor.
  6. Performing other tasks and duties as assigned in an efficient, effective, and cost-conscious manner, complying with all company policies, rules, and regulations.
  7. Work all necessary hours.
