Description
Primary Responsibilities/ Tasks:
1. Ensures programs compliance with federally mandated performance standards in family services, family and community engagement, community partnerships and ERSEA. (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance).
2. Schedule, monitor, and participate in recruitment activities throughout the year to maintain full enrollment across all programs.
3. Participate in Agency wide outreach events.
4. Review and approve all applications at the Children Center to ensure compliance with enrollment standards, verify income and eligibility qualifications, and ensure accurate data entry into appropriate databases.
5. Guarantee full enrollment of all funding streams and ensure vacancies are filled within 30 calendar days.
6. Maintain and update monthly waiting lists for programs.
7. Monitor and maintain an 85% Average Daily Attendance (ADA) monthly to ensure program funding and operational efficiency.
8. Ensure that family engagement activities are actively taking place at the center, including planning, organizing and facilitating training, workshops, monthly meetings, transition events, and family-oriented activities.
9. Implement program-wide parent curriculum with fidelity and collaborate with families to identify needs, strengths, and goals through a family partnership process.
10. Ensure 100% of families have an Economic Mobility Plan/ Family Partnership Agreement in place and monitor progress towards meeting goals, aiming for an 80% success rate.
11. Actively recruit families to participate in Parent Center Committee and the Parent Policy Council.
12. Coordinate and maintain the center's monthly calendar of events, ensuring all family engagement activities and meetings are included and distributed in a timely manner.
13. Ensure consistent and updated data entry in all database systems for regular reporting, including family partnership agreements, referrals, family and child data.
14. Assist with compiling and submitting annual Program Information Report (PIR) data.
15. Manage a caseload of 40 families, providing direct support and advocacy to meet their needs.
16. Lead the effective hiring of Family Advocates, oversee onboarding processes, monitor staff attendance, ensure staff complete required training hours, and provide supervision to ensure high-quality staff performance and development.
17. Prepare for and participate in program audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are available, and assist with the preparation and implementation of corrective actions plans as needed.
18. Complete any other duties as assigned by the Center Director and The Family Service Coordinator.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or closely related field. (Bachelors preferred). (Official transcripts required to validate educational credentials.)
? Previous experience in family advocacy, social work, counseling, community engagement, or related roles.
? Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to early childhood programs.
? Ability to work collaboratively with diverse families and community stakeholders.
? Available to work evenings and weekends as needed for outreach events.
? Proficiency in database management and record-keeping systems.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to converse, read and write Spanish and English (preferred).
? Ability to analyze and use data to inform decision-making.
