About the role

As a Senior Principal Program Manager the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization are based on the priorities of the senior management. This individual will play a key role in the organization and oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of executives. The successful candidate will communicate with leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Be able to review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them. Will help to improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

Manage Rhythm of the Business and Roadmap
• Responsible for driving business management functions that will ensure the effectiveness of the team’s operating rhythm
• Support leadership team with planning and execution of organizational roadmap

Drive Operational Excellence
• Partner with leadership team to identify priorities and drive strategies to meet organizational goals
• Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with leaders and executives on special projects

Drive Executive Initiatives 
• Own critical executive programs and initiatives 
• Quickly figure out what needs to be done, put frameworks in place, and kick-off programs to set up teams for success
Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization all-up, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

• Special Projects & Initiatives: Take ownership of high-priority, cross-functional projects, ensuring they are executed to completion with minimal disruptions.

• Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the development and execution of organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Project and Program Coordination: Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution, and remove obstacles that may hinder progress.

• Decision-Making Facilitation: Provide critical data and insights to senior executives to support decision-making processes.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in organizational processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Operational Efficiency: Ensure the effective execution of internal operations, ensuring teams work cohesively and efficiently toward common goals.

• Change Management: Lead or support initiatives related to organizational change, helping teams adapt to new processes, structures, or strategies.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,800 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
