Sr. Director, Talent Partner

In this role, you will connect business outcomes to capability development and deployment in order to drive a high-performance workforce. By providing talent development expertise, you will unleash leadership and functional potential to enable our talent strategies and practices.

What You'll Do

• Build strategic partnerships across People & Culture, brand or functional business leaders and other Gap Inc HR partners to develop and execute high impact talent strategies ​

• Partner with key stakeholders to develop company to brand / function specific talent strategies ​

• Build & maintain a high performing team​

• Build strategic partnerships across HR Business Partners, brand or functional business leaders and other Gap Inc HR partners to develop and execute high impact talent strategies​

• Advise, consult and coach leaders to achieve specific business outcomes​

• Design, create and facilitate inclusive employee developmental training and experiences to aid in employee growth ​

• Develop operational plan to curate a productive and quality employee experience that includes budget, high-level plans and metrics that drive the right results

Who You Are

• Continuous learner and possess an organizational savviness to build relationships across the company, understand the business needs and deliver results ​

• Create with audacity, using your technical experience in adult learning theory and/or instructional design and leadership and functional development​

• Solid facilitation and coaching acumen, with strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business demands into development solutions ​

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and knowledge with e learning tools such as Articulate is a plus ​

• Develop innovative solutions for complex situations in a fast changing environment; cover a wide range of activities requiring complex judgments
