Essential Duties 
Receive incoming shipments and compare items to work orders provided by  supervisor
Count items to ensure that the correct number have been receivedAssist in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areasLook through work orders to determine order picking activities and pick orders according to the specific instructions providedMatch order information in order cards with information on picked items to ensure conformityAssist in loading and unloading trucks and determining safe ways of stacking items on the truck and retrieving items in a safe mannerRecord damaged or defective items and replace them according to company policiesHandle returns and exchanges by ensuring that reverse distribution processes are followed properlyAscertain that all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly labeled and that correlating documents are available with each shipmentSelect the method of consignment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and ratesCompare the amount and identification numbers of goods against ordersCritical cultural values Safety is number 1 priority and no exceptions are made Flexibility Team PlayerAbility to get along with a myriad of different personalities Strong Work EthicHonesty and IntegritySelf MotivatedLoyaltyForklift Certified a plus!

Physical RequirementsBe able to work in a freezer at -10F for up to a half hour at a timeAbility to be on feet / walk the warehouse on a consistent basisBe able to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedMust be able to stand for most of the day in a non-temperature-controlled environmentBe able to handle dry ice with provided PPEMust be able to be aware of surroundings at all times
