We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn the fundamentals of sales and business development while supporting senior sales staff in achieving company goals. You will gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to advance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Assist in generating leads and following up with potential clients

• Help organize and prepare sales presentations and materials

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for sales representatives

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
