The Role:
The Senior Pharmacy Technician - Medicines Supply is responsible for supervising staff working in the Medicines Supply area, including Pharmacy Stores Officers and Pharmacy Technicians, and ensuring an efficient and high-quality logistics service is provided.
The Senior Pharmacy Technician – Medicines Supply supports the Manager – Medicines Supply by overseeing the work of other pharmacy technicians and stores officers. This includes:
- Coordinating and rostering pharmacy technicians and stores officers.
- Providing training to pharmacy staff.
- Undertaking purchasing and inventory management duties.
- Undertaking the operational duties of the Medicines Supply Manager in their absence.
Position Features:
Some occasional intrastate travel is required.
May be required to participate in an out-of-hours availability or on-call roster.
Required to work out-of-hours (overtime) once annually for stocktake.

Details of appointment:
Fixed term, part time, day worker position, working 56 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 21 June 2026.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary:
$81,915 to $94,263 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
