- Support website content management, social media, and public-facing messaging aligned to program priorities.
- Develop communications plans, coordinating across federal stakeholders to develop, review, and publish content for web, social media, newsletters, and outreach initiatives.
- Support content lifecycle activities including drafting, editing, federal clearance, publishing, and ongoing audits to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
- Monitor media and social channels, producing reports, summaries, and background materials to inform leadership and support strategic messaging.
- Coordinate cross-agency communications and outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with DHS components and external partners.
- Minimum of five (3) years of relevant experience in program analysis, communications, or project management, preferably supporting federal programs.
- Demonstrated experience submitting quality deliverables in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with experience producing public-facing communications.
- Experience managing websites, social media platforms, and/or digital content in a structured review and approval environment.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems proactively, and ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables under tight deadlines.

- Compensation decisions are dependent of the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $75,000-$95,000.
