About the Opportunity
Dayforce is seeking an experienced, dependable, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Head of Global Ecosystem. This role is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and executive coordination support to a global leadership organization. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and brings extensive experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced business environment. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong business acumen, and the ability to anticipate needs, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure executive readiness. As a trusted partner to the executive office, you will help leaders stay organized, prepared, and focused while supporting planning activities, executive engagements, leadership meetings, and major company initiatives.
What You'll Get to Do
Administrative Support
• Partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and day-to-day logistics.
• Prioritize competing requests and effectively manage executive time.
• Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare professional business communications and correspondence.
• Maintain a high level of organization while managing complex administrative responsibilities.
• Exercise discretion, sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
• Provide a thoughtful, calm, and proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
Executive Readiness & Coordination
• Develop a strong understanding of the Global Ecosystem organization, business priorities, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder relationships.
• Understand executive relationships and partner organizations to support effective meeting prioritization and scheduling.
• Ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings by coordinating attendees, gathering materials, and confirming preparation requirements.
• Coordinate briefing materials and supporting information from business stakeholders.
• Participate in leadership meetings to capture key decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Track commitments and action items to support accountability and execution.
• Anticipate upcoming meetings, events, and planning activities to proactively support executive priorities.
• Monitor executive commitments and identify scheduling conflicts, preparation needs, or potential risks.
Operational Support
• Apply strong business acumen to support organizational priorities and executive objectives.
• Manage project timelines and prioritize operational action items.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize administrative efficiency.
• Operate with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites, executive events, and major company programs.
• Coordinate logistics including meeting schedules, travel, venue arrangements, catering, and attendee management.
• Build strong partnerships with Executive Assistants and business partners across the organization to ensure seamless executive coordination.
Skills and Experience We Value
• 8+ years of experience supporting C-level and senior executives, preferably within a global technology or professional services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of corporate policies, practices, and executive support responsibilities.
