The team is dedicated to co-create the product from the ground up, by shaping also the requirements together with the client.</p><p><strong>Your team</strong></p><p>You will be joining a team currently comprised of 12 members, covering roles such as Software Architect, Tehnical Lead, Software Developers, Testers, Product Owner, UI/UX designer and Project Manager. Being part of this team, you will have a chance to contribute to the development of a product that will be used by different type of users: Students, Teachers, Backoffice users of the University.</p><p><strong>Your role</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, test, debug, maintain and document software systems, components and utilities</li><li>Deliver a high-quality code ensuring the fulfilment of the requirements, taking into consideration also its performance</li><li>Perform code reviews</li><li>Complete the assigned task within the agreed estimation</li><li>Evaluate, assess, and recommend robust software solutions for assigned tasks</li><li>Propose functionality to enhance the user experience</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with other Software Engineers, Product Owner, team managers and occasionally the client.</li><li>Mentor colleagues that would benefit from your knowledge</li><li>Respect the agreements set up together with the team and clients</li><li>Communicate periodically the progress of work and provide status updates</li><li>Share knowledge with the team, communicate any blocking situations.
