About the Role:
The role of the Sr. Learning & Development (L&D) Partner is to drive the growth and development of team members. The L&D Partner will translate concepts into actions to foster a learning culture and assist leaders and team members in improving individual and team performance. The L&D Partner facilitates learning, engagement, and performance programs at the functional level. The L&D Partner will work closely with functional leaders to identify and address learning and performance gaps, analyze data, and implement sustainable solutions. This role is expected to be onsite in the office during the workweek.
What You’ll Do:
- Partners closely with other Sr L&D partners to ensure learning, performance, and engagement processes are aligned with organizational objectives and implemented at the functional level.
- Partners closely with P&C Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of learning and performance processes and programs for functional leadership, high-potential individuals, emerging talent, and others.
- Develops functional content, using multimedia (text, audio, images, animations, video, etc.) that can be delivered online, in-person, and in blended formats.
- Facilitate learning and performance topics using a variety of instructional techniques (role play, simulations, demonstrations, exercises, group discussions, case studies, scenarios, etc.).
- Develop and apply evaluation tools to measure learning and performance solution effectiveness.
- Participate in and support functional/department-specific orientation and onboarding programs.
- Administer and leverage a variety of learning technologies and platforms (ex. LMS, Talent Management, etc.) to ensure effective and efficient deployment of courses and programs at the functional level.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on functional program outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct function-specific needs assessment and develop L&D action plans to address L&D needs.
