Job Purpose: As a Master Data Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the collection, storage, management, quality, and protection of master data. You will drive our data strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all master data domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance Strategy: Deliver actionable governance strategies within all master data domains for CHC.
KPI Management: Oversee the definition, gathering, and analysis of KPIs by master data domain.
Consistency Evangelist: Review, update, and promote consistent master data management practices across all domains and local organizations.
Operational Oversight: Guide and oversee activities performed by operational master data resources.
Data Cleansing: Provide guidance on continuous data cleansing and oversee policy application across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Data Strategy Alignment: Align business and technical data strategies with CHC's strategic plan.
Key Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of business experience, ideally in business management or data management.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is desirable. MDM Knowledge: Proven track record in Master Data Management and Data Governance applications.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in data management and information technology systems and tools.
Integration Skills: Experience in integrating complex, cross-platform master data processes and information strategies.
