Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day aspects of Global Asset Management (GAM) team including contractors and ensure all are properly trained to perform their roles and are cross-trained
- Manage GAM budget
- Anticipate asset needs and proactively source materials for clients
- Respond to asset requests and fulfill in a timely manner
- Represent the GAM team across the Studio
- Cultivate and maintain relationships around the various Studio groups and clients
- Ensure important Studio clients are handled appropriately and that those relationships are maintained
- Act as the Creative Asset Factory (CAF) system liaison for GAM and work to proactively solve client issues
- Prepare and disseminate training materials for GAM processes
- Participate in and/or initiate training sessions for GAM processes and CAF system
- Actively look for opportunities to streamline processes and procedures
- Participate in and/or plan meetings across functions and across Studio as the GAM team representative
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 7-10 Years of experience (Especially leading a team)
- Master User of Creative Asset Factory (Strongly Preferred)
- Mastery in written and oral communication with all levels of executive and management staff and clients
- Proficient in all standard Office systems, as well as the specific asset management tools used by the Studio
- Operates with utmost professionalism and maintains the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
