Senior ServiceNow HRSD Technical Product Owner (all genders)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced </span>ServiceNow HRSD Technical Product Owner<span> to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform on ServiceNow.</span></p><p></p><h2>WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)</h2><ul><li><p><span>Own the product vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow HRSD instance, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with HR stakeholders to understand their challenges &amp; requirements and translate them into actionable product backlog such as User Stories, Defects, Demands etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prioritise the product backlog using a data-driven approach and agile methodologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with the core ServiceNow Platform team to ensure efficient and effective configuration and customisation of the platform.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Champion HR service management best practices and user experience design within the ServiceNow HRSD framework.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and deliver compelling presentations and user training materials to drive adoption of the platform.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to measure the success of the HRSD solution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and functionalities.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF</b></b></p><ul><li><span>Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably with a focus on the HRSD module.</span></li><li><p><span>Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of HR processes and service management best practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical and problem solving skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to prioritise effectively and work independently in a fast paced environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is an advantage.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Excellent verbal and written skills in English</span></p></li><li><p><span>ServiceNow certifications ServiceNow Fundamentals/CSA, CIS - HRSD , ITIL4 Foundation</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>OUR OFFER</b></b></p><p><span>Zalando provides a range of benefits, here’s an overview of what you can expect.
