Warehouse Specialist

Spectrum Comm Inc. (Spectrum) is seeking candidates for Warehouse Specialist at our site locations Naval Expeditionary Combat Command in San Diego, CA. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. These positions require approximately 30% travel to CONUS and OCONUS for less than two weeks per trip.

Responsibilities:

• Validate unit inventories for military gear and government equipment
• Perform data entry into Defense Property Accountability System-Warehouse Management (DPAS-WM) and identify missing fields
• Conduct samples of book-to-floor and floor-to-book inventories and initiate data entry in DPAS-WM
• Ensure post-data entry accuracy
• Travel to multiple locations, including CONSU/OCONUS DoD bases to conduct inventory accountability

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen with a valid passport
• Must possess a valid US driver’s license
• Valid SECRET clearance
• Must be able to travel outside of the United States
• Must have knowledge of inventory procedures
• Must be able to do moderate lifting (over 50 lbs.) with assistance and stand for up to 8 hours
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software programs
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience with DPAS. DPAS-Warehouse Management preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of DoD supply principles, concepts, & inventory management
