- This is a remote position.
Compensation:
- The starting base salary range for a Project Manager III is $76,000 to $141,000.
- The starting base salary range for a Program Manager is $87,000 to $162,000.
Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.
A Project Manager III will:
- Lead the development and execution of multiple medium and large complex, multi-phased projects with external project dependencies.
- Promote client satisfaction by ensuring project adheres to stakeholder specifications.
- Responsible for project completion within determined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
- Lead both business and technical projects originating from multiple areas of the company.
- Practice good tactical project management skills based on PMI best practices.
- Contribute significantly to the development and maturity of the corporate Project Management process.
- Provide project management consulting for associates who manage but are not formally trained in project management.
- Be capable of leading projects using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies.
Essential Duties:
- Plan, track, manage, and communicate project events, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Assess project risks and issues and develops resolution to meet client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Ensure appropriate level of communication for each.
- Ensure effective communication of project status to all project stakeholders including the development of status reports.
- Develop and manages project costs and budgets.
- Mentor and coaches other project management resources.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to routinely communicate with project owners and executive sponsor regarding project/program status
- Capable of conducting large audience presentations
- The ability to lead large scale projects using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies
- The ability to document the scope of a project and ensure that changes to the scope are properly documented and approved
- Expert in project management and solution delivery methodologies across multiple organizations
- Ability to develop effort estimations utilized in new work proposals
- Proven strong risk management skills as a primary management habit - directs risk planning, analysis, response and control on a scheduled basis across all phases of projects/programs
- Knowledge of contract file maintenance - leads dev
