About the Team

Our Projects Product Management team is growing, and we are seeking an Inbound Product Manager with proven understanding of the project management and resource management process and implementations. We want your perspectives and fresh ideas for our groundbreaking professional services automation solution!

About the Role

Have you been involved in resource management or resource forecasting in the professional services industry? Are you a professional services consultant or do you consider yourself a resource management expert? Are you passionate about creating software products that require minimal training and are very user friendly without sacrificing functionality and compliance? If yes, please apply!

As a member of our product team, you will action product development methodology and processes as the owner of the product's functional application design. You will gather business requirements and produce functional design specifications to lead and drive business application design process in an Agile environment.

As the end-to-end experience owner, you'll serve as the product champion and point of contact for implementation consultants, support desk, documentation, sales support and marketing. Our Product Managers partner with Alliances, Product Strategy, Services, Implementers and Product Leads across the business to advise and deliver the near and long term product investments.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a product manager or consultant

• BA/BS or equivalent experience

• Functional knowledge in one or more of these areas: project management, resource management, resource scheduling and the quote to cash process

Other Qualifications

• Confirmed design skills for packaged financial applications for large global enterprises

• Hands-on experience with ERP software in large enterprise environments

• Implementations experience preferred

• Experience with project/resource management in software, high-tech, financial services, professional services, or business services industries

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $112,300 USD - $168,800 USD

Additional CAN Location(s) Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $150,400 CAD
