Senior Program Analyst - Sustainment (ANMD24016)

Description

The Senior Program Analyst - Sustainment will support a government team by researching and identifying maintenance readiness issues relative to the carrier Airwing of the future, and subsequently leading initiatives to develop timely mitigation strategies and solutions. 

Responsibilities include:

- Participation in the Naval Aviation Enterprise Next Generation Maintenance Program to enhance maintainer weapons system expertise for peak readiness.

- Using predictive analytics to proactively identify potential failures and improve support across maintenance, logistics, and fleet management.

- Participating in, and contributing to, Low Observables Groups in Collaboration

- Assisting in the development of groundbreaking directives and policies aimed at fortifying Naval aircraft Low Observable characteristics and accelerating the advancement of cutting-edge Naval aircraft capabilities.

- Applying operational experience to advise Government and Industry partners on matters related to current, planned and predicted readiness initiatives 

Requirements

-20 or more years’ experience with Naval Aviation maintenance and logistics

-Bachelor's Degree or higher

-Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

-Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt  

- Eligible for Top Secret security clearance
